acceptable stay overall
pastry selection helpful staff metro station small lift blocked stair small bathroom
the breakfast was quite nice. there was a good selection of pastries available. the staff were also very kind and helpful , they addressed all my questions. the hotel is close to metro stations, made getting around easier.
the lift was very small, it was hard to fit luggage. the stairs had cleaning equipment blocking them. the bathroom was small, i felt a bit cramped, and the shower didn't drain correctly. it was a bit unpleasant.

shower gel private sauna
I found the shampoo and shower gel from l'occitane. They smelled really good. the hotel has a private sauna in the basement. I could book it for free.
The elevator was tiny and rickety. It only comfortably fit two people.

clean room organized space helpful staff convenient location
The room was very clean, organized, and well-kept. I found it good. breakfast included a superb selection. the staff was helpful, especially when my bag arrived late! the location felt secure and provided convenient access to main attractions.
The bathroom, though functional, felt a bit too small. It could have used more space.

Acceptable, but Some Issues Need Attention
metro noise inefficient service
My stay had a few significant drawbacks. The noise from the metro below was very disruptive. I could feel the floor vibrate every few minutes. This occurred from early morning until late at night. the breakfast service was not up to par. Replenishment of items was slow, and tables were cleared inefficiently.
